Prior to Capcore, Will was a Director at CBRE, closing over £2.0 bn in transactions across the UK, USA, and Europe. Working within CBRE's Capital Advisors team, Will developed dual expertise in credit and property underwriting. This has allowed him to specialise in complex, cross-border Sale and Leasebacks and strategic asset disposals across a diverse range of sectors including industrial & logistics, offices, R&D and Data Centres. He acts as a trusted advisor to major international corporate occupiers, Private Equity sponsors and investors, frequently identifying and executing value creation mandates.
Will holds an MSc in Real Estate (Distinction) from Bayes Business School and an LLB Law (Hons) from the University of Southampton. A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Will is qualified through the RICS Property Finance and Investment pathway.

Gareth has over 21 years experience in the Real Estate industry having started his career at Donaldsons in Birmingham. He subsequently worked at JLL Birmingham before moving to their City office in London to diversify his experience. A move to CBRE then provided him with an opportunity to work in a wide variety of capital markets roles and an 18 month secondment to Aviva Investors to lead their office acquisition and disposal programme. He has transacted over £5.0bn in sales and acquisitions ranging from £2m to over £250m in a variety of sectors and global geographies.
Gareth has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Leeds, an MSc in Real Estate and Management from Birmingham City University and an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management (due December 2026). He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
